LUG Meetings

Meet up with Montana Linux people on IRC. We currently gather at the #ubuntu-montana room on the freenode network. Stop in and say "hello" or even ask/answer some questions. Don't have to be a Ubuntu user either. Or use the web-based chat client.

The BillingsLUG hasn't had a meeting in a while but they are hoping to start back up real soon. Really.

The BozemanLUG meets on the FIRST Thursday of the month at 7PM

The HelenaLUG is currently on hiatus.

MissoulaLUG
The MissoulaLUG is currently on hiatus but a few individuals are working in the background to change that ASAP.

The BillingsLUG folks got a call from the KULR8 people about wanting to visit their meeting last night and they did some interviews for a segment on the news broadcast last night. The full article can be found here. Here is the video of the segment in webm format. Feel free to download it and play it with your preferred video player if you have trouble playing it in your browser. VLC is recommended.

Hey Scott thanks for grabbing the video, this one is much easier to view. I actually did talk about LUG history and some other things but he cut it down to just the basics about Linux in general. Still, not a bad segment.
