Meet up with Montana Linux people on IRC. We currently gather at the #ubuntu-montana room on the freenode network. Stop in and say "hello" or even ask/answer some questions. Don't have to be a Ubuntu user either. Or use the web-based chat client.

The BillingsLUG hasn't had a meeting in a while but they are hoping to start back up real soon. Really.

Bozeman area Job Opening - Associate Linux Systems Administrator

Job Description (PDF). The positions are full-time so it would likely be geared more toward individuals whom have already received their BS or will be the near future. Ideally we are looking for individuals comfortable within the Linux command line, with strong troubleshooting skills utilizing programming abilities within Python and Bash. In addition, familiarity of a web hosting environment would be a great attribute to have.
